Pics+Support info in control panel System???

Hello Guys,
I know I am the new kid on the block, so I am possing this question to ya all to see if anyone knows this!!! I have recently found the answer, just curious as to anyone else knowing.
Here goes, Question: how do you place a picture and tech support information in the windows control panel system icon???
If anyone has seen one of these you will know what i mean, check some of your friends or your own computers system properties, usually will find this in systems made by compaq, sometimes IBM, and anyone in australia will find them by A&R computers.... Well if anyone out there knows let me know, I would be interested to see if this is widely known or a close guarded secret..... I will post the answer within a week for all interested to see..

thanks for having a go, and thats a good one sleddog, no I don't know how to change the Bios logo, will have to look into that one.....Do you know how to do that one??? if not, and i find it i might let u know!!!!!

done the win start up and shut down, also the system properties mod..

too chicken to flash the bios...maybe Pete will make a very newbie step by step guide for that.
