Intrusion detected or Terminated2

While opening the www.usa.net (http://www.usa.net) site I always get this to the address bar: http://www.netaddress.com/tpl/Door/512RUGYEO/Terminated2?Reason=logout&SuppressAds=True
Then after a few trials I've accessed my account in WWW.USA.NET (http://WWW.USA.NET) but when
I tried to open my INBOX it goes back to the LOGIN menu and found this in the Address bar : http://www.netaddress.com/tpl/Door/512IHOPUN/Terminated2
I dont have idea how this happen and what solution to make. Please help me solve this problem.

The Terminated2 is part of the logout address, which comes up when you click the Logout link. I can't thtink of anything that would cause this, make sure you have the correct user name and password, and be sure the [Caps Lock} key is off.

You might try the Help/Feedback link, see if anything is there, or look for an email address where you can send them a question.
