Just started practising to build PC's for my A+ experience (hi,hi). Have already built a 486dx4-100 succesfully (yes!!) from scratch with the help from this site.
Just bought a 2ndhand intel p2 266mhz slot 1 cpu. The case has several small holes to attach the fan to it. I'm not sure how to attach the fan to the proc. Can anyone help me out???
Already searched te pc-guide site for info/flyers/pictures, no result.
Thanx in advance

I've checked around, the only pictures I found were no help. Maybe you could drop by a local computer shop and see if they can show you one and how it should be attached.

Thanx Pete,
After i sent my post, i sat down the whole evening just gazing at the cpu and the fan. After a while it just hit me. So i figured out how to attach the darn fan. Meanwhile i put together the whole PC and got it running perfectly (P11-266 64Mb). I do like this putting PC's together!!!
Thanx a lot guys http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif
