Hello,
For the last two days I had problems with my windows xp. A virus "system secrity" got installed onto the computer. It would not allow me to get into any program or do anything else. It kept sending a message that the program that I am trying to open is infected and has to close. I managed to get Malwarebytes anti malware and AVG. These two anti-viruses seemed to have gotten rid of this virus, as it did not appear again. However, today I restarted my computer and as soon as I logged in a message "Userinit application error" popped out. Also, the start menu, task bar and icons do not appear after the message. Usually, I cant even get the task manager because a message comes out saying that "task manager has encountered a problem and has to close". Further more, I cannot get my computer in safe mode. When I do, the screen turns black. I am completely confused. Can some one please help me?
