Navigation menu

Hi all,

I have two problems:

Problem-1:

I'm using Dreamweaver 8.0 to build a website. This site contains about a dozen pages, all having the same navigation menu. I need to make changes to this menu from time to time. So then, i have to make this change in every page separately. To avoid this, should i make it a frame, or is there any other better option available.

Problem-2:

When viewed in a widescreen monitor, the whole alignment of tables gets messed up. Is there any way of making it the same for all monitors and resolutions ?
