problem

Well my pc has two sound cards

1.the one on board I am using these one in the moment
2.the other 1 is sound bx but I have not put the driver

well the problem is these when I put the driver it works

but it sounds horrible thats why I am using the on board one why does these happened

When you are using the Sound card, did you disable the on-board graphics card? When you switch sound cards, is your sound level the same? If you have it high in the OS, your distortion could be the sound clipping.

yes I put the driver to the sound bx and disable the other one but still no results

right now with the on board 1 the sound is all the way up but when I disable it and try the soun bx all the way it sounds horrible the same for in low level.

sorry for spelling and not trying to clear these sentence up is that my first language is spanish

when you switch over, try turning the volume all the way down on the speakers and the OS, and then when you switch, bring up the volume gradually. Does it sound as bad in headphones?

does not work in headphones but yes I am gonna try what you told me thanks alot.
