Ok, so I installed it and the usb works.....that's it, nothing else will work with it, I've tried all ports with different cards and none of them work, is there a driver i have to install?
Did it come with a CD? what OS?

No cd's or anything, and my OS is vista x64, it's listed in my sig :p
Rosewill has downloads from their site. I would check driver manager to see if it sees a problem of some sort. I would also check re-plug the cables that are related, both on the add-on and the mother board. If none of those turn up anything, I would call customer support, if you bought it recently enough they may beable to help you out with replacing it or repairing it.
