Low Frames in World of Warcraft

Ok so under completely maxed out settings in wow and 1920x1080 resolution I pull 120 in stormwind....every where else though i get 20-40 fps. As you can see by my sig, my machine is MORE than capable of handling this game, especially as I can play F.E.A.R. 2 on maxed out settings at around 100 fps, 70-75 fps under heavy fire fight or particularly intense moments. What could be causing this?

Well have you thought of playing it on lower settings? Just cause you have a powerful PC doesn't mean you have to play on the highest settings. I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop and it plays WoW beautifully on ultra (except the occasional shadow issues) and it has a stock graphics card. Just try cranking down the effects.

well the point of me getting a powerful pc was to play games on high settings lol, and when I get higher frames on a game that is severely more demanding on system components (fear 2) than compared to a 10 year old game like WoW both on their highest settings, something has to be up.
