When I go into the zune software and play music through it, Avast finds a virus in the album art, every single time. I'm getting annoyed at it now, and I'm wondering what I should do about it. I don't think it's a real virus (though it could be...) what should I do first?

Perhaps This (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/Bulletin/MS04-028.mspx) will help?

If you feel it is a false positive, and likely it is, hit the "report as false positive" link in the lower right corner next time it comes up. Hopefully they will fix it over the next couple updates or so.

Fruss Tray Ted, I looked through the list, and I didn't see anything that could be the cause of the problem.

jlreich, I tried that a couple of times, and nothing seemed to change at the update, so I fear that something might be up...

ClassicSoftware, I'll run Malewarebytes software tonight after I'm done studying and try to post the results as soon as I can. (things have been hectic for me the past couple of days...)

Upload the file at Jotti (http://virusscan.jotti.org/en) and see if it is a false positive or a true infection.
