Hi to all pro. currently im running internet cafe and using broadband internet with windows xp in just 30unit cpus and i found out that my internet speed is lagging when one of those customer was downloading something or streaming. This also will affect others internet users when they trying to surf internet.

I know there is a software to equivalent the internet speed to all the workstations or something similar like that so that it will not slowing down other users when someone trying to browse youtube or downloading. Any licence softwares recommanded?

Thank you for going throught my problem.

It may be easier to control the quality of service at the switch/router.

What make/model switch/router are you using?
What you are looking for is usually called QOS (quality of service).

Many routers have settings to set a limit on speed and on total bandwidth any one machine or set of machines can use. Also depending on your router you can control the flow of certain traffic.

But we need to know the make/model of your router in order to better guide you on what options your router has and where to find it.
