My OS is Vista Home Premium 64 bit. I found a firewall that will work and it's Comodo--the free version. I have a question about it. When I was using ZoneAlarm, if I had something blocked and later changed my mind and want to allow it, I could do it. Likewise I could block something that I previously allowed. I suppose that can be done with Comodo, but I can't find out how to do it. Does anyone know? Thanks

Although you've probably found it out by now, I have Comodo Firewall. Although I'm not good with Firewalls, I found that to get to those settings just click on Firewall at the top, then Advanced Settings on the left hand side, then Network Security Policy. In addition to clicking Advaned Settings, the Common Tasks Settings tab also has options ("Define a New Trusted Application" and "Define a New Blocked Application").

The Defense+ tab has the settings for the applications running on your computer, while the Firewall tab deals with in-out settings for Internet traffic.
