need help fixing USB and a headphone jack

Recently I noticed that one of my USB and headphone jack aren't working and since I never needed them until recently, it's probably been like this for a while.

So I'm wondering how I can fix this myself?

are these the jacks on the front of the case? you probably never hooked the other ends up to the header pins

i'll check that and see. The USB and jack is in front and I have two USB there and the other works fine so thought the other one should be hooked up.
