I've done a bit of housecleaning, and moved a few topics to more appropriate troubleshooting categories. If your topic is no longer here in "How Do I" you need to check the other sections of the forums and it'll be there, nothing has been deleted.

Good idea, Paleo Pete. I think your comment could be also be posted under "Announcements".

It's not always easy to determine where to post a topic. Seems to me "How Does This Work..." and "How Do I..." might be combined.

I considered "Announcements", but decided to put the notice in the forum where the posts had been moved from, so when people go looking for their topics, they will hopefully see this post and realize maybe it's been moved. If I put it in Announcements, they might not make the connection...

How Do I and How does this work sometimes end up as catch-alls, and occasionally I have to tidy them up a bit, so when I do I try to post one notice, instead of locking everything, leaving it there and posting a notice in each topic. It's a lot less time consuming to move them entirely and post one notice in the category they got moved out of. Will be taking a close look at a few others in the next few days, and see what I need to rearrange...
