I think that would be in BIOS in the Power Management section. Usually I disable Power Management in BIOS and let Windows handle it, so it never goes into "Suspend" mode, just turns off the monitor after a certain time.

I feel your pain.......I've got a Athalon system I just built and it does the same darn thing.......won't wake up! I've fiddled with every mobo and win setting known to mankind.........It goes to sleep and stays there. My only solution so far is to set it to "Always on".

ACPI has a reputation for being flaky. The older version, APM, worked fairly well, but had problems too, so I always disable it in BIOS and let Windows handle it. ACPI is a bit different.
From what I've been able to find out, the best way to get around problems with ACPI is to disable it before installing Windows. Or I think that's it...look around in the other forums, for a post by Tom Pabst, he had a big problem with ACPI and there was a long topic about it, with some very good info posted. Sorry I don't post a link, but with my connection speed at 26,400 it would take me 45 minutes to find it...
