Links within a PDF doc (converted from Word)

Hi all,

I made a report in MS Word with table of contents and associated links to the specific chapters, topics inside the document. I used the "Bookmark" option of Word to make these links. Now when i converted it into PDF (using Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.0), these links no more work.

Any solution please ?

P.S: The web links (e.g., www.pcguide.com) are working however.
