can any one offer me a helpn :( i have a limited quota of download for my itnernet access ,,,
using watchwan a software that monitor bytes received and sended though a network card , i found the following ip 208.111.128.95 using the internet conenction .... so can somene help me please .. is this a virus or spyware , how can i remove it ,, ??

Visit this webpage (http://www.ip-adress.com/what_is_my_ip/), and it will tell you various info about your own PC.
e.g. IP address, hostname, region, city, ISP, latitude, longitude, browser, operating system, screen resolution, color depth.

You will then know whether the IP address you listed is your own.
