Folder names with all caps?

Here is a minor problem but it bugs me. Sometimes I need to name a folder with all capital letters. Windows 98 SE changes the caps to all small letters except the first letter of the name. Is there a work around to get all caps if I need to?

Yes, you can go to Start/Settings/Folder Options/View........its the first choice there.
