Wireless Connection Problem

I currently have a netgear router N and I have two laptops that are wireless as well. One laptop connects to the router fine and have immediate access to the web. The second laptop can connect to the router but it disconnect and reconnect back and forth frequently. What could be the problem. I looked at the router via web browser and I thought it only accept one laptop or maybe had a time limit for internet acccess. That wasn't the case. I don't know why the second laptop is having problems. Any suggestions..
