I just bought the ASUS P7P55D Pro, with an i5 proc. It only took an hour to install but I found that the triple channel memory I bought won't work. Result: I have to wait till Tuesday for the dual channel memory to arrive and see if this works. (For what it is worth New egg has it on sale with rebate this weekend.) Just a suggestion avoid an oopsie and try for better advance research than I did when ordering. I checked every place in town and nobody local had DDR3 memory to sell at any price, thats what I get for living in SC, less than the leading edge. So, I have a lesson in patience for the weekend or use the kids computer as I am now.
