Any goof C++ website and forum?

I'm looking for a good C++ site that has many members to offer help regarding C++ and has an easy and simple tutorial in their site.

Any ideas? or can i just ask in this site?

I'm still in my first year taking this course and have problems with the basics.

Yeah i know. I've been on one of the top list and its great. But i want to know what are the programmers in here use as their online resource.
