Hi everybody!
I recently got a problem with my internet (OS: Windows XP SP2).
Yesterday I was surfing through the web when suddenly the error message "generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close" popped up. I tried to fix the problem with the official MS hotfix 894391.
The message does not appear anymore but the problem is still not solved. I can connect to the net, but after couple of minutes I can not open any webpage or web application (skype etc.) anymore, although the internet connection is still established.
I have used "Spybot S&D" to scan my system for malware and it has found and killed the trojan Win32.Agent.sd. A second run with Spybot showed that my system is clean.
It would be fantastic if anyone would have a helpful hint for me!
Many thanks in advance and have a nice day!
