Help with TDSS trojan!

Hi, this is my first post here, and I am not really a big computer guy, so I will just give you a quick background on the problems I have been having. My computer has been very slow lately to start up and shut down (up to 3 minutes), and this afternoon I ran a security check with Zone Alarm and found this trojan:( Packed.Win32.TDSS.z ) I saw a couple posts from other people who have this same trojan so I thought I would run Hijack this and post my log in here, and see what you guys think I should do. As soon as the scan is finished, I will post the log.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Download the update from here (http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/database/mbam-rules.exe) if you have problems.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Not seeing anything TDSS related in those logs. How is the pc running at the moment?
If still not good, I will get you to run another tool.

Its still running pretty slow, I thought it was just an issue of not having enough RAM or something. I would have never guessed a virus, but my zone alarm specifically alerted me of a TDSS trojan. I am willing to try whatever steps you recommend I do.

Please download ComboFix by sUBs from HERE (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) or HERE (http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe)
You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
Physically disconnect from the internet.
Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log to post in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log
Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..

Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.

Run Combofix ONCE only!!

Please Note: Before running Combofix I disabled my wireless internet card, and when prompted in combofix to enable my internet connection to download some files, my computer was not able to.
