man you can get a really really awesome build with that 2500 bucks, building it is the best option. If you're not confident about it, you can get a friend to help you or we all here are ready to help. And i do hope you know that you can't overclock Prebuilt PCs. You should try search online Prebuilt vs Custom Build PCs. Then you decide which you wanna go for. Don't rush into buying a PC. Think well before deciding.
