i need help

so i have a dell optiplex gx280. it had been working, but then i needed to change the processor. when doing that it bent the processor pins. so it did not work.

i bought a new motherboard with a processor and everything ready, i put in it and now when i try to start the computer the power button is orange and the cpu fan inreases rpms.

i have tried a different power supply, and with no hardware but it still does this.

any ideas? i am thinking it could be the power button module
