OK Guys. I'm not an Outlook expert. I have a client who had Outlook 2003. She got a new PC with Outlook 2007. We just used the same PST file. Now the file has reached it's limit. Is there a way to convert the file from a 2003 file to a 2007 file? How do we go about this project? I am completely stumped. I assumed (a dangerous idea with MS) that it would have automatically converted the file to the new version....

Was the method used as described by this MS-MVP (http://www.technologyquestions.com/technology/windows-vista/139173-transfer-emails-outlook-2003-outlook-2007-new-computer.html)

Paul,

It's been a long time. I think what I did was just copy the PST file from one PC to another PC and point outlook to the new file.

This article should help you. It appears that your PST file is the same format so I don't see a problem. Could it be that her file is larger than 20GB?
