You have to choose between taking the call (and getting bumped from internet) or DISABLING Call waiting (which you must have or you wouldnt be getting another call!). To disable call waiting when dialing up on the net, you need to put the disable key strokes into your dialup networking ...ie before the number you dial to your Internet Provider you usually put a #72 or *72 before the number you dial. Look in your phone book to get the exact number to put in http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

For most phone systems in the US you will find that you have to dial *70.
There are also several internet call waiting services out there you can subscribe to. They basically work by enabling call forwarding on your line and then forward the call to an internet provider that then contacts you via (HTTP or something)that there is an incomming call.... You have to disable call waiting for this feature to work.

Call your ISP 's tech support, or try the phone company, one of them should know. Local computer shops should know as well, drop in and ask them.
