Converting Thumbnails

Does anyone have any clues on how to convert thumbnail images back to reasonable sized image?

"Thumbnails" are a shortcut to a page with the full size picture on it. Clicking on a thumbnail should take you to the full size picture. The purpose of thumbnails is so you can put several on one page to be used as a directory and not have 100 mg of info on one page, allowing you to see all that is in the directory without scrolling for hours.
