Depending on your BIOS, this would be a memory beep code, try re-seating the memory chip(s).

Computer POST / beep codes (http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm).
Is your beep code 3-3-3-1?

1. That beep sequence indicates a POST failure at:
A8h Erase F2 prompt
(a) I don't know what would cause that.
(b) I have a Word document that lists all the steps in a generic Phoenix BIOS POST.
This POST test/step comes well after the video card should have been successfully initialized.
There should then have been various info displayed on screen.
The pertinent item would be the display of:
Press F2 to enter SETUP
There is then a failure to erase that prompt, and that's where the POST halts.
(c) Here are the steps at that point:
------------------------------------
A8h Erase F2 prompt
AAh Scan for F2 key stroke
ACh Enter SETUP
AEh Clear Boot flag
B0h Check for errors
B1h Inform RomPilot about the end of POST.
B2h POST done - prepare to boot operating system
B4h 1 One short beep before boot
-----------------------------------------------------
Notice this is right before the successful completion of the POST as indicated by the single short beep.
The next step would be to attempt to boot the OS contents some drive.

1. I know you said that...
But...
Your PC did in fact [initially] "turn on", as follows:
It powers on...
The PSU gives the "power-good" signal...
The mobo [and CPU] tells it to go to full power and it does...
The BIOS's POST begins...
And continues to run...
And completes LOTS of tests...
And a test [just short of successful completion of the POST] fails and generates test failure beeps...
And the mobo and speaker sound those beeps and you hear them.
It's just occurred to me that those beeps cannot indicate a failure at Erase F2 prompt because that test takes place waaaay after the video card is successfully initialized and the display comes up on the monitor...
And you say there is NO DISPLAY on the monitor.
Unless the video card IS initialized, but the display doesn't show due to some other cause.
Like:
The monitor signal cable isn't connecting...
And/or...
The monitor is faulty.
2. "and now today all of a sudden it wont turn on"
Oops...
(a) Is this you saying that after all the previous stuff, it began showing no sign of power-on?
Not even a blip of a fan?
Or a some LED going on then off?
Totally DEAD?

Right on Sylvander, he is confusing. Shoul give the step by step of what's happening now, not what it's used to do. Does the screnn turn ON, etc....
Because you're right if it beeps with video, it's a totally other game.
