Outlook 2002

Having a problem with Outlook. When I click on a link embedded in the email I get a message stating "The operation has been cancelled due to restriction in effect on this computer. Please contact system administrator.

Is is my personal computer and it is happening to my wife's email account. I have never changed any of the security setting in Outlook as it has never benn a problem.

Any help??

Try pressing the Ctrl key when you left click the link, does it open?
