Is there any way to force Windows Media Centre to look for ALL video files, not just AVI's which is all it will look for at the moment.
All my videos are in DivX format, with most using the new .divx filename extension, and WMC flatly refuses to see them, no matter how many times I try to direct it to.
WMC does see and can play any files with an AVI extension.
I WILL NOT rename about 20,000 files to AVI, just to let WMC see them, this is most definetly out of the question - I'll keep using Zoom Player which does not care, and so long as there is a codec installed, it can play anything...
