Hey, guys.

I've got an old Dimension 5150 that I'm looking to upgrade to be a reasonably powerful gaming rig.

Pentium D 2.8GHz dual core
502 RAM (upgrading +1 gig)
305W PSU
Integrated graphics

Factory direct, bought it three years ago before I knew what the hell I was doing.

I'm looking at a Sapphire Radeon HD4670 512MB for the card. I'll need a new PSU, though. Something cheap, but effective (budget isn't too much of a problem, but I'd like to stay under a few hundred total, anyway). Any suggestions for a specific PSU, or just grab any one that has a good amount of wattage?

I've got one fan. Not sure how the airflow is. I'm thinking about rigging up a liquid cooling system.

Any suggestions/idea/holes in my plan?

Not worth it at all if you want to use it for gaming... you're better off saving up for a new system. Pentium D's are easily outperformed by dual cores and quaddies even of 2 years ago. Your system really isn't worth spending much on if you want to game. Speaking of which, what games do you plan on running?

I recommend this Thermaltake TR2 W0388RU Power Supply ( http://tr.im/ENIE), decent price.
