Pls help me with my usb

Pls help me guys with my usb, it always tell to update the driver. for example flash disk, or cellphone. also in globe tatto broadband usb drive. it is automatic driver when u insert in the usb port will run automatically the driver setup. but in my laptop case, it recognize the hardware but always said to install driver even though it has a driver it can work. pls help.. pls:confused:

Hmmm, that sounds like the message you get when inserting a USB2 device in a USB1.1 port. But I highly doubt Vista would even run on something that old.

On my old Tecra with 1.1 I get that message quite often and I don`t hit the Okay or cancel button, I just use the `Yeah,, whatever` button.. :p

I think MJC will want more model info about the laptop.

my usb flash disk was a 2.0. why i can play it in my laptop.. but some usb drive are not. can u help me??

most of the times it has to do with how old is your pc.
