"This server does not have a DNS entry"?

RealPlayer provides this message: "This server does not have a DNS entry."
It pops up when I click on a song at Amazon.com (tried Barnes & Noble too) and I don't know what this means and/or a solution? Using a cable connection. Have adjusted the preferences within RealPlayer, but still get this pop-up message.

Judgeing by the lack of response, I would say that most of the people here are not familiar with type of problem.
