I did a lot of research after my last post and narrowed it down to specifics.
I have a 250W PSU. Currently using integrated graphics GeForce 7100/NVIDIA nForce 630i on an Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20/2.20 GHz CPU.
Mobo : Foxconn MCP73M01H1
Supports PCI Express x16 graphics cards.
It's running 2 sticks of RAM currently - 1st DDR2 2048MB PC26400 400MHz - 2nd DDR2 1024MB PC26400 400MHz
Supports up to 4 GB on 32 bit PCs (using two 2 GB DIMMs) PC2-6400 (800 MHz) Non-ECC memory only, unbuffered. It has two 240-pin DDR2 DIMM sockets.
My goal is to try to run Borderlands on lowest settings with roughly 30+ FPS.
What graphics card would be a decent, safe, and cheap upgrade for casual gaming with out upgrading my PSU? If there is no option other then upgrading my PSU, what can my MOBO stand for watts? Would replacing the DDR2 1024MB PC26400 400MHz to a 2gig 800MHz make a huge difference in FPS? My budget is about 200 USD.
