I'm looking to upgrade this desktop primarily I need help replacing the system drive with a new 1 TB drive.

How do I renmove the exsiting c: drive and make my new drive the new boot drive and get all the files to it.

Does dELL PROVIDE A cd WITH wIN7 ON IT?

Two separate issues:
You can migrate the existing installation using the utilities from the HDD manufacturer.
You can get Windows 7 from Dell or other legitimate sources if you wish to upgrade to the new OS.
