format on win98se

Just sold my computer.
I need to format hdd and proceed with clean install of win98se
before i deliver computer to buyer.
Anyone know of a site that gives step by step instructions
for this type of work.
First time I do it.

The procedure here is for Win95 but 98 would be similar:http://www.pcguide.com/proc/sw/w95inst.htm


Also, is the computer an off the shelf (HP, Compaq etc) because if it is then the procedures are somewhat different. Generally if the computer came with a factory restore disk you just use that to restore it to factory configuration. If you need any other help post back with any questions and some more specs.
