need my screen back

Last night system crashed.
When I rebooted after scandisk, my monitor was at
640x480 instead of 800x600 and with fonts at 125%
Now i know how to change the res and fonts.
But the button "APPLY" is now not visible.
The button cannot be reached as it is down, way down
below what the screen shows.
Can anyone tell me how to do it.
I have tried changing monitor from optiquest 17
to standard 14 inch to no avail.

Once you make your selections for resolution and font size, just use the [Enter] key to complete the process. The "Apply" button should already be highlighted or selected as the default response.
