Since you have vmm32.vxd in your subject line I'm guessing it's telling you that file is missing or damaged?

That happened to me once...I copied the file to floppy from another windows machine, booted with a 98 start disk and then, using dos commands, copied it to C:\Windows\System

If you have another computer, or a friend who can gte you the file...that should work, or you can do an installation of windows on top of your current one, that should replace the file also...

After checking further into this error....it sounds like it could be one of many problems. Check this site out [URL=http://www.windows-help.net/windows98/vmm32.shtml][vmm32.vxd errors/URL]
