Wi-Fi privacy

Hi, I recently bought a Nokia 3G cellphone with Wi-Fi access.
I want to know about Wi-Fi internet access and its privacy.
We have Wi-Fi router connected to our computer which my brother uses. If i access the internet using the Wi-Fi in my cellphone, will my brother get access to my browsing history/ what I'm browsing.
