Signatures-How to Do?

Concerning forum signatures...how do you make them? and how do you insert graphics into them?

also...is it possible to insert graphics into hotmail signatures? if so, how?

you create your signature in your PROFILE.

you can put in text- graphics and gifs are not the 'norm' here at present... something about 56ker's loading too slow..

to insert a link or graphic into a post - you use the bb codes for them.. click on "UBB Code Icons" at the left when you are posting something. UNDER that- it also says "click for details"

UBB image tags are not enabled for signatures. You can use links to websites, and bold or italic text, but if you look at the Signature section when you edit your profile it has a notice that UBB image tags are not allowed.

If you want to use an image with a post you can add it when posting. When I use them I keep the UBB code for each in a Notepad file so I can copy & paste them quick and painless. Just please take it easy on them, it seems we got some complaints early in the game about images taking too long to load. I enjoy them, personally, and don't mind the extra few seconds, (even on my 26,400 average connection it's not too bad) but due to some static about it long ago I have to ask that you use them sparingly.
