View Full Version : How do i open a file with PS ext

i got it in the email as an attachment. I would like to know how can i open it. I tried notepad and word but it doesnt help. Can anyone help? Thanks

Welcome, sheraz! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif I'm pretty that is a PostScript file, preformatted for printing to a PostScript printer. If you don't have one, I'm not sure what you can do with it. Try this -- right-click on the filename in Windows Explorer, see if one of the options is "Quick View", and if so click that. Be sure you know and trust the person who sent the file to you! There are many viruses on the internet. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif

And what TJ says is very valid. Don't try to open attatchments from unknown sources.
