The software needed should be included on the installation disk (at least something basic to get started with), as to cables what kind of outputs does the card have, how long of a run to the TV/entertainment center, what kind of inputs on TV?

Bdools -- Did you read the manual yet? That should always be your first step. If it's still not clear, go to the manufacturer's web site and look for additional information. If you really look at your question, you can see how difficult it would be to answer from the info you gave. Good Luck.

the 16mb and for 3d games not for the tv out that was

Sorry, if we came across as not helpful but ususally as part of the install package (on retail versions) there is all the softwre for all the functions of the card, including things like a DVD player (software to control DVD playback, and often a few games or game demos). Did you get an OEM or retail version?

Try looking in display properties (control panel) or for a nVidia applet (control panel or maybe systray - under the clock). If there isn't an option for enabling the tv-out in any of those tools then you may have installed the drivers for the version without the tv-out or you may need to check the manufacturers website for updated drivers. As for the cable options, like I said before, you need to figure out how long a run you're going to have to make and what the available connectors are. Also you need to make sure that the function supports PAL format video.

Basically, I guess we need a little more info.
