I wish to create a boot screen for as soon as my pc turns on. Im not talking about the windows 9x splash screen, but like what "brand" name computers like compaq and hp use.
I wish to create a custom image (or if possible an animation) to load up as soon as I press the power button on my pc.

Go here for a guild that explains how it's done.

Welcome, Seibyen! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif If you do try this, be very, very careful. If you make even the smallest mistake in following those instructions, you could make your machine unusable for a while. You can get a replacement BIOS chip, but it might cost $40-50 US, and take a week or more to get. The guys who do this kind of modification have years of experience. I'd recommend modifying the splash screen first to get some experience yourself. Then if you feel confident, and can afford to make a mistake, try the BIOS.

Thanks Ghost_Hacker for the site, but thats not exactly what I was after.
When you turn on a brand name computer like a hewlett packard for example it comes up with a blue screen with Hewlett Packard written in white on the screen.
I wish to be able to make my own.....
pls help
