i was wondering if there is some sort of hack that can get iChat from mac's on here?

There actually is! First of all, buy a new Mac Pro (at www.apple.com). Open both the new PC and the Mac, get everything out of the PC (you don't need it anymore, maybe sell at ebay?) and fit everything from the Mac inside the PC case. Make sure to be very careful or ask your local PC vendor for help!!!

Once everything from inside the Mac is inside the old PC case and connected, start right away with booting Mac OS - iChat should already be installed and ready to use!
