If someone could help with a problem I am having with my Windows 95 PC. Sound has been lost on my computer and when I try to go to the Volume control it saids that a mixer need to be selected. How do I do this?

It sounds like your sound card drivers have either been deleted or are damaged! First: Go to Control Panel/System/Device Manager.....go down to "Sound,Video & Game Controllers"....see if your sound card drivers are currently installed and that there are NOT any "!" marks by any of them. I did what you said Randy and they have the "!" point on them. The sound card is a Creative Lab Sound Blaster 16. What should I do? I don't have the software to re-install it.
