Text manipulation software

Can anyone recommend a prog which allows text to be maipulated in all sorts of wonderful ways? (And then copied and pasted.) Vertical text, diagonal at any angle, sideways, large, small, tapering, and loads of effects that I can't even think of.

Most desktop publishing or 'PrintShop' type of programs will do what you want.
