I am unable to logon to a Win NT 4.0 workstaion. Is there a way to get on without a password or a way to by pass the logon screen. This is a workstation PC that the previous owners of the company left here and I need to reconfigure the Network Properties.

No way to contact the previous owner?
You could try the Offline NT Password Editor. http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/
I've never used the program. Made sure to read the big bold disclaimer on the web site. Sounds risky.

Nelie,
There is no way to get around the password in Win NT 4.0, unless you know the password or are an administrator on that machine; that is one of the security benefits of NT. Short of that knowledge, you could format the drive and reinstall windows, but I wouldn't recommend it!
