I have a intel 524 3.06 ghz , is that fast?

Well, i was just thought if a intel 3.06 ghz is fast. Because my computer is usally slow , so i wanted to know if that was the problem.

Not by today's standards. It's still adequate for web browsing and email, but I definately would not do modern gaming on it.

single cores will not keep up with games today....but great for surfing and emails and downloading
