Good evening, I have a compact with a dual core E6600 lately the pc could go for 10 min to 1 hour running fine. Then when like opening IE or MSN the pointer goes turning, and turning and I can move the mouse sometimes for 5 minutes. After that time it completely freeze for another 2 minutes and a steady beep (no short beep just an unstop beep) no KB so can't go Ctrl-Alt-Del. I have to hold the power switch and restart. Windows XP, I have replace the memory, took out the fan and radiator clean and put right stuff between CPU and coller, same problem. I also replace the HD with another one and reinstall XP, same thing. I guess the only thing left is MB. I don't think it is PS because the fans and video are not affect, though I will try it in the morning. Any idea before I remove the 9 screws and replace the MB. Any try is worth it. Thanks everybody.
