Hi,
I have installed an external USB ISDN modem on my machine.Its a Windows 2000 professional machine.My problem is that the machine does not shut down unless I switch off the modem.This problem does not occur when I switch on the modem after starting up the machine.
In short I cannot have the modem switched on all the time.I either have to switch it on after starting up, or switch it off before I can shut down.
